has anyone ran into this problem. i have an 5th gen prelude and i have an stock deck. recently my cd player just went out on me.. but the radio work jsut fine. when i put in a regular cd or cdr it state PE-0. in the manual book it state error. WAT ERROR? i try using the cleaning CD. but that didnt help. it still says the same. brought it out to near by honda, they asking for 250 just to even take a look @ it..WTF..250!!! i can buy a new deck. but im trying not too...dont have that money right now due to christmas....!!! so if someone can HELP that would be great.

 

Time for a new deck... most likely the laser is bad and we charge 250.00 to replace one of those anyway (I repair home and car audio)

 

yah...that wat i was thinking but..i was trying to by-pass that... but yah...new deck is is..thank fastball..
