Default Need Help: Doors Rattling

I got a subwoofer installed and got new speakers  It sounds really nice except for one problem. There is rattling on the front doors and some rattling where the rear speakers are I think the reason it is rattling is that I had to cut some plastic where the front speakers go because the magnet on the new speakers are bigger (It never rattled before I got new speakers). Do you think that could be the problem? I :dunno: why it is rattling in the back. Is there any way to fix the rattling besides getting Dynomat?

Please replay,
Thanks

There are plenty of alternatives to dynamat that aren't as expensive. The weight might be a concern if you race and have your car stripped but most people with the doors done probably won't feel a performace differnce. I didn't.

I don't race and my car is not stripped. What are the alternatives?

JLAUDIOinCIVIC Do you know anything about Low Pass Filter and High Pass Filter? I have my HPF set at 50Hz and and my LPF set at 80Hz +6. I know it is different on different head units but I want to know if having it at +6 will cause my speakers to blow?

some people go to home depot and use this stuff called peal and seal. Some people have trouble with it others don't. If it gets too hot some people say it has pealed off but i don't have any personal experince with it.
