Default TIme for an alarm

Alright, time to do an alarm install also. I want to do it myself. Hell, i do everything else....why not that.

Please give me some info!

I dont know where to begin as to brands/models when shopping for an alarm to install myself or where to look to purchase at a good price...

I want it to have some sort of an ignition/fuel kill, work my keyless entry, be loud as ballz so i can get out to my car if i hear it go off, and also i want it to be hard to disable.

Id also like something that will page me/notify me if it is fawked with, but if its way more expensive, i can do without.

Please share advice!

check out www.autotoys.com
They go alot of alarms and they have tech articles for it.
Check out the thread for installing an alarm in a 5 gen civic here, i posted the wiring info you will need if you do it your self. Look into the alarms with a pager, i wish i got one of them now. I have a prestige alarm and it is really loud, also has ignition kill. If you read around you can also make a kill switch for your fuel pump too, which is real easy to do.
