Default Speaker Spacer

On the front doors, is there a place that I can just buy the spacer that holds the speakers? When I took my door panels off today, I noticed that the top two screw were not fastening it down as it look like the person had overtorqued it and broke the plastic.

What I'm really asking is whether I can just get a bracket from a shop locally or do I have to buy OEM?

I think Honda dealership, or a junkyard is going to be your best bet.
