Default 94-97EX exhaust to a DX/LX

I know I've seen this on this forum, but it was probably years back. I did not find this doing a search.

Does anyone know if you can get a EX exhaust from a 5th gen and weld it onto a DX or LX without any problems? I am thinking of doing this to my LX because I will sell my car in less than a year but I want to enhance the appearance during that time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

RSX-S muffler... how does it sound? How much did you pay to get it welded on the Accord?

if you are looking to sell the car soon and want to enhance the performance you should start on how it drives. most people want stock when they buy a new car.

right, and you can't really tell them it's an EX while it's actually an LX, you'll get sued and that only works on not-so-bright ppl, which you can hardly find cause these ppl want to buy used-cars! they're serious about saving some cash..

I've seen the RSX-S muffler, looks good! I'll think about adding that if I can only find one.
And no, I am not gonna try to trick anyone into buying an EX when it is an LX! LOL
Like I said, I wanted to do that just to enhance the appearance of my car while I drive it. I am doing this instead of buying a $400 exhaust cuz it still looks good yet a lot cheaper. The buyer might also like the look of the exhaust better in the future. The car is lowered ~2 inches, with painted moldings. It looks fixed up, except from the back so this is why I want to do this. Ya know, the pencil tip effect!
