Problem with Headlights

Default Problem with Headlights
I have a 96 HA LX , i replaced my headlights , my left ones working , but my right one giving out low current , and also when i turn on the light all 4 lights turn on Low Beam and Also High Beam and the high beam blub not bright also , can anyone help me out thanks

i just fixed it , it was a blown fuse :P
