Accord Turbo Kit Question

I was looking at various turbo kits and came across a DRAG Gen3 or Gen4 (The title was Gen4, but the description had Gen3) for the accord 5th gen. Are these pretty nice turbo kits or should I look for something else?

From what I heard, go Drag and Revhard. But greddy makes a carb legal one (from what I recall) if your in Kali.
