who's accord is this?

I am looking for the owner of this car? i think i saw it on here somewhere but dont know. I love that strut bar and would like to talk to them to see how they made it, since my neuspeed doesnt fit because of the DOHC.

yepp, thanks, its civilaccord, but now all i need to do is find the write it on how to make it and i'm set. stupid HS needs to get the archive going.
