Default draining coolant

I know this is a real newbie question but well... Im a newbie!
I drained the collant from my radiator fine but now Im trying to drain the coolant from my engine block and Im having some difficulties. The bolt is hard as hell to get to and even harder to loosen I've tried for about an hour and the damn thing wont budge. It's also a really small area to work with. Can someone tell me a good method of loosening it?

can anyone tell me if its pointless to change the coolant if your not going to drain the engine block? Is it important to change the engine block coolant or not?

Word, the drain bolt behind the block is a bitch. I gave up and ended up only doing the radiator. The coolant from the radiator seemed clean with no flakes or anything in it anyway and I have no coolant problems at all.

yeah thats the next step... after draining the engine block. I want to flush it with water then run some cleaner through it but I dont know if I can do that without draining the engine block first. Im not sure if the cleaner will mix with the coolant in the block and screw something up... anybody know? or know a good way to get the block drain bolt loose?

well i put cleaner in mine and ir runs fine..it wont mix cuz u have to drain ur fluid, put water with cleaner in, run for 10 min. drain it out. put water in run for 10 min again, then put in your fluid.. so it should flush it all out.
