well, I just got a '94 accord, but the previous owner aparently had something against keeping a decent set of wiper blades on the car & the glass is all streaked. When completely clean, round lights turn into long streaks at night. please help!

 

ummm...as for removing 'sratches' i have no idea, but the product "stoners invisible glass" works really well, and i also use some technique i heard somwhere about using newspaper to dry the windows because the ink is kind of a polish...dont know, it seems to work real nice, can barly even tell their rolled up, and mine a 94 too...
