Default Need help with CEL code

I got a code 16 when I tested the check engine light. It was 1 long blink followed by 6 short blinks. Could someone tell me what code 16 means and what I need to do to fix it. I have a 1998 Accord Coupe 4 cyl if that matters. Thanks

I never heard of a code sixteen for a sixth gen Accord!

Are you sure it's sixteen?

I've seen that code on a OBD I Accord that had a fuel injection problem.

OBD II= :dunno:

Have you done any mods?
Have you tried to reset it?

Well it blinked one long blink and 6 short blinks. I have only added a short ram intake but that was almost 6 months ago. I haven't resetted the code yet because I wanted to know what it was. I went to Autozone to have the code read but they told me that they don't do it anymore because of some new law or something.

I would try to reset it, then if it comes back on there is a problem with the car. Could be something as dumb as the gas cap not being tight. Pull the hazard fuse #13 I believe, or disconnect the battery.

Unless you want to take it in to Honda so they can read the code. $$$$$$

I guess I will reset it. If it comes back then I will just have to take it in to get it looked at. Thanks
