im getting a 03 or 04 accord soon and my dad wants me to get the 4 cylinder and not the 6...since he is paying for most of it i dont have much of a choice but will the 4 have enough speed or will i just be lagging so much its not worth it? please respond with some help

 

the 4cyl is just as great as the v6. the aftermarket for the k series is also growing rapidly so you cant go wrong with either engine.

 

i have the i-4 and im happy with it. i dont even think about the v6 anymore until people tell me that i should of gotten the v6.

 

well i dunno... they are both great engines, but the V6 is just that much nicer.

 

Well it's all personal taste. I'd rather have the 7th gen 4 banger with a 5 speed than the 6th gen V6. But if we're talking V6 vs I4 in the 7th gen...it's tough not to get the V6 with 80 more horses. But the I4 is a GREAT engine and I might rather have the Navi system than the V6 in an EX model. If we're talking Coupe, however, V6 6-Speed all the way :thumbup:
