Default Remote Lock question

2002 Accord:
The car doesn't beep when the lock button is pushed, it will horn if the button is pushed again within 5 seconds.
Is there any way to make it beep or something on the first lock?

i think you have to get the stock siren or something like that to have it chirp on the first push

for my remote, there are two buttons. press one before the other to silent arm and silent disarm. if not. then i just press the normal thing and it beeps. this is for the factory "cheap" dei alarm and same goes for my bro's clifford. hope this helps.

on 6th gens that come with alarms, the first push locks all the doors and the second push makes the horn sound to audibly confirm the lock.
