I think concord walnut creek area close and central for most people san jose people must drive about an 1 hour 15 min and the sac cats about 1 hour 30 min so its central

i'm in concord, let's do it somewhere nice. a nice big park with a nice view. sac is nice, but the traffic going to sac from the bay area has gotten worse and worse. any ideas for in between?
