clutch break in.
for the street disc. break in period for 500 miles. No chirping tires, burn outs and keep rpms under 3k. It's going to be the hardest thing ever but you gotta do it. If you had like a 4 or 6 pucks disc, then you get to like 800 or 1200 mile break in periods.

To be honest, I have never heard that before. My boy who is a mechanic installed a clutch in this worked mustang, a 4 puck clutch. he started lighting it up from the jump. A month later he came back for another one to be installed. you can try it but he i wouldn't.
This is strait off ACT's FAQ's on there site
13. Do ACT clutches require a break in period?
For organic street discs “00 and SS” we recommend breaking in the clutch for 200-300 miles with mild engagement such as stop and go city driving prior to racing or spirited driving. ACT race discs usually only require a few hard slips to lap in the surfaces prior to normal driving or racing. Do not overheat the clutch during the break in period.

I would not worry about the 3krpm. Just drive it like a regular person would. No burnouts and rapid shifts. Take it easy on the clutch and u will be fine. When i got a clutchmaster put in my civic hatch i zeroed the od and at 45miles on the new clutch i totaled the car =( .... didn't even gave time to brake it in. At 500 miles i had a massive burnout scheduled.. too bad it never made it past 45miles
