Default Passenger side door fits wrong?

I just recently noticed that my passenger side door doesn't fit flushly anymore. My car's never been in any accidents or anything. Anyone know what could be wrong?

open the door and either force it up or down till it fits.

I tried this but it didn't seem to do anything at all. Anymore ideas?
