my paint job costed around 5bills for the paint, primer, clear and supplies. but me and my boy did all the bodywork, prepping, and painting in his garage.

Nah, those pics got taken a few months ago, before I got the jdm corners. The seat is there, kinda hard to see because of the glare, and the headrest isn't on it either which makes it even harder to spot.

I think you'll be fine, it'd help if you do your own prep work and do it right, but eh, 1-3 years out of just about any paint job is to be expected. (unless it's a good one, then expect a lot more)
