It's sold only in japan and is NOT imported into the states by anyone. Guggan is one of my best friends, and I helped get the bumper through some contact myfriends have in Japan.
If you are serious about wanting the bumper I'll help you get it. Expect to pay upwards of $1200 to get JUST the bumper. That does not include the foglights you can get for it. It has OEM fit and is extremely clean..
The front end along you are looking at is over $1700 with the authentic JDM headlights, and the bumper itself without being painted.
