Default 5th gen door panel

I was trying to remove my pasenger side door panel in my 5th gen today and i got off all the screws and clips but the door was being held on still by something towards the top about 5 inches behind where the mirror is on the outside of the car. There aren't any more clips are there? Also, when removing the panel do i feed the door handle through the hole in the panel or do i completely disconnect that? Thanks

I am going off of a 4th gens door panels, but they should be the same. You are going to have to take off the handle(a screw in it, and slide forward, and disconnect) and the armrest thing(just one screw) then just make sure you have all the tabs, and you pull the bottom out, and slide it up. should come off easily.

I'm assuming it's the front door. You have to remove that little black triangle on the inside that's behind the outside side mirror. You should then be able to lift up and pull the door panel off. There is also a small tab that pops out near the top left corner of the door panel just under the black triangle I was talking about before... if this doesn't help... i'll take some photos for you. Let me know
