Default Starting Problems

My mom has a 93 DX that she is happy with except she says that sometimes it will not start for her. When she goes to start it and the engine sounds as if it is starting to fire up, she lets off of the key so as to not burn up the starter but the engine sometimes dies before starting completely. She says that when this happens, the car will not start for another 10-15 mins. Do these cars flood easily? I'm thinking that maybe when that happens the car doesn't burn all of the fuel in the cylinder and causes minor flooding. If this is the case, I was thinking maybe the injectors need to be cleaned. I know she uses the cheapest gas she can find. The car just had a full tune-up, so that's not the problem. Anyhelp would be great.

Its the main PGM-FI relay inside the dash. This is a major problem with the 4g's. I'll post a link on how to change it and where its really located when the website comes back up.

Do you know if 6th Gen's have the relay problem as well because I am experiencing the same problem. When the car gets warmed up it would have a hard time starting up. It would start up and then the RPM will go down and shut off the car.
