REPLACE THE COLD AIR IDLE VALVE THEN< THIS WILL FIX IT IF YOU DON"T WANT TO TRY ADJUSTING

i JUST had this problem on Friday. the first thing i did was replaced the PCV valve. it's a lil plastic valve that should be about $3 at AutoZone. that didn't work ... so i had to have the car towed to the dealer. it's a blown sensor. i'm not too sure the exact one, but i'll let you know when i get the car back tomorrow.

the surging idle was caused by a blown "Fast Idle Valve"
