He must've messed around with one of the abs sensors on your car.
Jack it up and take a looksy at all four sensors.

did he replace the rotors or did he refinish the rotors? If he refinished them he might have gotten brake cutting dust all over your wheel sensors. this will cause the light to come on.

i knew that question was next, okay fine i'll tell you. I want some props though. Everytime I help ppl on here nobody except "rebornhondaengineer" has even said thank you.

First go under the pass side on the car under the glove box kinda toward the right corner by the kick panel. Under the dash there should be two connectors either loose or plugged into a rubber boot. pull the two pin connector out. by twoo pin I mean the connector will have two cavities which you can plug into. Take a paper clip and jump the connector by putting one end into one hole and the other end into the other hole.

Turn the key to the second position and watch the abs light. It will be blinking the code now. One long blink is a 10 value short blinks are a 1 value. For example if it blinks twice long and three times fast thats means it's a code 23. see what I mean?

If you post what you find i can access hondas interactive service system and tell you what it means.

BTW, the connector is blue. it should be two pins not three pin. there are two connectors usaully so make sure it's the two pin one.

hmm turns out its the sensor on my passenger side is wearing out... took it to my dads good friend's shop and he said this problems very common in hondas. But its not really dangerous or anything so doesn't have to be replace. Thanks for ur help anyways hondatech, appreciated it!!
