Default OBD I cel check

How exactly do you do this, its a 95 Accord with JDM H22 in it. I remember hearing you can use a paper clip to use as a jumper but not sure where to do this on the car. Could someone give me a good how to. Feel kinda stupid being able to do the swap myself but not knowing how to get the stupid codes. Thanks in advance guys

There's a blue plug one the passenger side under the glove box. There are two male plugs in a 4 pin female plug. Unplug the one with the green and red wires. With the car off short those two pins. Then turn the ignition to the on position. The CEL will begin to flash in a sequence that repesents the registered fault.
