They're shipped set on full stiff, and the internal stops are set so there are 22 total clicks. All adjustments were counting from the full stiff setting and going softer, though the last 3 clicks or so didn't seem to have any effect on damping at all.

When turning clockwise, the position it stops at is level 16. There are 15 levels below that. Even though it keeps clicking as you turn counter clockwise, the manual says never to go lower than levels 1-16.

well damn, i miht have to go fix that then. Thats weird how that works, it still clicks into place easily like somethings there but theres only 16 levels?
