power lock problem.

power lock problem.

97 accord lx sedan.

the right-hand side rear door's going crazy...
there is this grinding noise when the lock/unlock button is pressed and the stub neither go up or down.

what is causing this and what are the solutions to this?

The actuator is probably bound up or something. Pop the door panel off and see exactly what's going on.

i tried taking off the door panel.
there is this yellowish thing making the noise.
does anyone know how to take that part off?
