Nice job rob. Next time, I suggest that you use simple green with a 50/50 mix with water. But that stuff you used is good too, just that you could save yourself more money in the long run by getting the gallon sized simple green and you can use it for almost anything you want. And another suggestion, after you're done cleaning, use meguiars vinyl and rubber protectant on your hoses and let the engine run with the hood down. You will be amazed at how much cleaner everything gets. Oh and after you let it run for about 5 min, don't forget to wipe down the excess meguiars stuff. Here is mine:

Meguiars Natural Shine? I've been using that stuff on my interior for almost 2 years now and I like it. I'm not that crazy about under the hood, I just didnt want it to look like a dust storm under there. I've heard of using Simple Green as well. One guy from another board I frequent uses that all the time and with great results. I was just going for the 10 minute lazy route though haha. About cracking the block, I have a hard time believing that.....are there any examples of this happening?
