Sucsessfull 5 Lug Conversion

Has anyone done a 5 lug conversion on a 5th gen? If so, what parts did you use? what car? year?

I was thinking 1st gen odyssey parts... ?

I know there had been sucessful 5-lug conversion's but I dont think they go to this site. You can use 97-01 prelude parts.
