7th Gen Accord Problems

Just run a search on all the Complaints, Defects, and Service Bulletins for our beloved 7th Generation Accords. I filed a complaint regarding the vibration in my steering wheel (which the dealer attempted to fix by balancing the wheels, then after confirming that the vibration was still present reported it as 'normal operation').
I was reviewing the service bulletins, and I have experienced some of the problems that were listed.
Deformed Window Trim
Ticking at Idle (normal)
Vibration in Steering Wheel
Smearing/Streaking Wipers
Center CD Storage Problems
Rattling Headliner
There are a few things listed that I am going to check out now that I'm aware of them.
If you have a problem with your 7th Gen Accord and you're getting the runaround from the dealer, file a complaint! Perhaps Honda will wake up. I'm sometimes tempted to drive my car to AHM's Headquarters (right down the street from me!)
On a side note relating to a rattle in the dashboard that I was hearing - it's the glovebox! The right side is rattling like crazy whenever I go over rough roads. I'm going to mention that to the dealer next time I get around to taking it in.

Not bad at all for a brand new car. The RSX had a slew of terrible problems when it first debuted :doh:
Try taking out the glovebox and seeing what could possibly rattle if you feel daring...In my car, all you have to do is remove 4 screws and it pops out.
