1997 Accord SE

what makes my 1997 Accord SE "special"

another question...can i take the yellow piece out of my rear lights?

SE is just an LX with EX options.. yes you can break the amber plastic inside the taillights.

sunroof... wooden dashtrim, leather wrapped steering wheel.

They arent really that special IMO!

hmmm...my "special edition" doesn't have leather, but it does have everything else mentioned..if anyone could give me some better instructions about the yellow lens in the rear lights it would be much appreciated...TIA

no standard leather... it may have been optional.

I think if you tried a search you'd get some results, or maybe try the DIY forum. Another option would be to purchase "S-Type" taillights that have a clear top portion and are styled after the Jaguar S-Type...they're the most attractive 5th generation (1994-1997) taillights IMO.
