Removing the Resonator???
Alright, I know that if I was to remove the resonator, I know this would create a much louder sound, and I know that it will not cause too much of an undesired effect as you must remove the resonator bottle when you put in a cold air intake. Well, I have a cold air intake, however, I don't feel like installing it for the time being, because I don't feel like removing my front bumper and playing witht he stupid filter casing.... so, just for sound purposes alone, how the hell do I safely remove the resonator so that my car is functional and loud??? Assumably I'm going to have to shove something in the resulting hole, but do you guys have any suggestions to make the process a little smoother or easier or safer, or something???
i took mine out after removing the passenger inner fender liner. took about 20 minutes start to finish.
did not have to remove the wheel or jack the car up, though that might make the job easier.
