those are BS ... they requre you to remove the needles and place a filament ring at the base.
rule #1 when modding your gauges ... never touch the needles.

yup, got them, they sucked
didn't take out the needles, but cut the led rings so they could slide under. JUNK

the needles will no longer function when removed. I dont know why this is, because on other cars, people can take them off, and put them back on fine.

I took my needles off to do a gauge face swap. I could never get the needle to work right again. I ended up buying a new cluster.
