Default I need some help

I have a Honda Accord 99 with 18" white rims and octane body kit and R1 racing muffler.

What are your suggestions for what i should get next, but i cant spend too much money.

Also what kind of turbo kits are there that are pretty cheap but get the job done?

Thanks for your help!

APC turbo kits are very cheap. Literally and monetary.

Drop your Accord on some Teins. $1000 and get some camber kits $200.

I always like to start out with the really small mods, such as cam gears, cold air intake, tru power pulleys, nology hot wires, that sort of stuff.... while it doesn't make a huge impact, if you were to do all of them, it would make a very very noticeable impact, plus the intake makes your car hum a little more... which is nice... everyone always wants to jump into turbo right away, but there's so many smaller mods you could do first which would be cheaper and would help to better prepare your vehicle for the upgrade... I recommend upgrading your fuel delivery system first too, such as high volume fuel rails, fuel pressure regulators, and high volume fuel filters... doing that stuff will make huge differences on the performance of your vehicle.
