I am in depth detailing my car for the first time, i have a kit from platinum, and i am at the polish stage...I heard that this is suposed to help remove swirl marks, and i applyed and buffed it off in a circle motion (by hand) and i was wondering if that is how you are supposed to do it cuz it seems like that would create swirl marks..

Ok i guess i screwed up, crap what can i do to fix it, i have already put a coat of polish on, if i dont do it in circles next time will it be ok or do i have to remove everything and start over?
