I just wired up some '02 power seats in my 99, I used 20amp fuses, same fuse size as stock. That should be safe on your setup as well.

I have 4 wires running to a connector, two black, and two white(one with red stripe, one with green) I am guessing white is power, and black is ground.

I dunno if this will help, but I took some pics of mine and posted them and some info on anothe board, they may help you, may not.

"I had no power going to my stock seats, so I ran an 8 guage wire from battery, divided into 4 power wires (16 gauge each) to the two power wires for the driver seat, and two power wires for the passenger seat. I put 20amp fuses inline just like the stock setup. Here's my two harnesses. I was lucky to get both ends of the harnesses, so my new seats are able to plug in and out if they ever need to be removed, etc.

I cut off the stock seatbelt sensor, and spiced into this one, so there is just one plug for my driver's seat.

Axisaccord and I compared harnesses, and some wires were different colors...the unused ones. Anyway, I used a 9 volt battery on mine to make sure what did what before wiring them up. The 9 volt doesn't quite have the juice to run some motors, but you can hear it trying."

Hope that helps a bit.
