well, some people value lighting more than others. no point trying to convince the world the worth of HID if they hardly do any night time driving, or simply just don't care.

i'm assuming almost all of the people here won't go as far as you in actually transplanting OEM HID projectors. so what retrofit they can find (or ghetto-rig since sales of HID kit are now being banned), won't yield the desired improvements.

HID are overrated. I just use Sylvania Silverstar bulbs in my car. And if you ask me... they are bright enough.
Overrated?? Is that why everyone has them, which everone doesnt. Every now and then you'll see a car with them, more and more now cause people are starting to know what they are. Everyone has those hiper white bulbs or Sylvania Silverstars or whatever not HID's.
