what up guys. i got me inspection done on my 91 honda accord yesterday and now my damn speedometer doesnt work today!!!! what the hell..........the check engine light is on and the the turbo light in the panel is just blinking no matter if the turbo button is down or not. anyone have any suggestions on what happened. NOTE: the rpm's still change but the speedometer doesnt.

 

Did you bother to make a cloosed looped wire, to check the engine code? What is the turbo light

no i didnt make a closed loop wire. i have no clue what that is cuz im kinda new to cars but what is that and how would i check it out. and yes i do have a turbo button but i dont really think it does much. its on the shift knob and its just a small button.

Its not a turbo button, if its an auto, its either the overdrive button, or the sport mode button. If its a manual, its probably attached to nothing.

 

i've seen this button in a mazda 626 but never in any other car...

nmm i remember this, the "turbo" button is just to have more power when u accelerate/step on it, it works.
