How to reprogram keys for new ECU?

Folks,
I had to replace ECU in 99 accord (on the cold days transmission would go into no-shift mode until ECU gets warm) and now I have to figure out how to match my keys to immobilizer... any shortcuts?

Folks,
Found a locksmith that reprogrammed the keys for $45 - all set now no need to go bow down to the dealership
