Automatic Headlight off Feature on EX models

Automatic Headlight off Feature on EX models
Anybody know how to add the automatic headlight system? Like for the EX models after you take the key out leaving the headlights on the ON position and close your door...about 10 seconds later the headlights turn off automatically....i know it is a relay but need more info....
