Default 5th gen EX rear sway on a LX????

Has anyone done this install? Is it worth it? Was it a simple bolt on procedure or did you have to do mods? I have a LX and can get the EX sway for dirt cheap, just wondering if it's worth it. And please, don't suggest ST sways, I know they're bomb but they're out of my league at this point.

You know where I can find some install instructions for this? I've heard you've got to drill some holes somewhere.
