Philip's HID kit
if you get a decent plug-n-play kit, it should take you 5-20 minutes. the hardest part would be finding a good place to place the ballasts. if you're salvaging parts from an OEM car, then it may take awhile.
Well, I was thinking of getting this kit.

Does anyone know if this is any good?
I'm taking delivery of a 4-cyl 2003 Accord Coupe next week.
Does anyone know where a good place to put the ballast would be.

"Sellers that claim the higher the Kelvin rating the brighter the light. 4300K is actually the WHITEST part of the lighting spectrum. 6000K and upwards still provides triple the output and visibility as conventional halogen bulbs, but with a bluish hue."
While this statement is true at face value (the higher K lights do actually still provide 3X the lumens) it DOES NOT provide triple the usable light. Higher K you go, the less usable light you have and the worse the lights will do at night. Just keep it in mind....
