O2 sensor burning using a DC header?

Default O2 sensor burning using a DC header?

Hey peeps,
I ordered my DC sports 4-2-1 header last night, and heard/was told that the DC header will burn up your o2 sensor... wtf is that? I know it sense's o2 (duh) but do I need it or can I get one made for aftermarket headers or what? It's that little wire coming out of my header right? someone help plz... l8er all

the person who told me this is a guy I work with, he has a 6th gen sedan, maybe it only does it on that model.... anyone else heard about that?

I got a 6th gen and had my headers for about a year now and so far no problems with my o2 sensor.
