Default 5th gen EX OEM sway bar

Anyone know if it is a good one, i want to get front and rear anti-sway bars, and i just found out that i had this one, so is it any good, then i will only have to buy one

usually the stock sways are hollow. if you like how your car turns and rolls in the corners, keep it ... BUT, when you upgrade to something like eibach or suspension techniques, you'll swear that should have been your first mod.
