I hear the Apexi World Sport is a great cat-back system that is not loud, and it has a nice sound to it. I am planning on getting the WS.

I have a magnaflow and I love it. I'm not into the "hear me start up my car from 5 blocks away" sound, I like the tame, yet sporty sounding exhaust note and the magnaflow is just that. The magnaflow is almost silent at start up, and at normal acceleration it's still quiet, but when I romp on it, it's noticeable. No buzzy sound, no obnoxious sound when cruising down the freeway, for me it's perfect.

apexi ws and for it's price it can't be beat. i have had a custom exhuast with a thermal r&d muffler which included a resonator and in the end i was so sick of the sound.

Rs-r  is the way to go, but hard to find. Get the apexi ws or greddy sp. The apexi ws is cheaper though.
