Nice specs... That seems like a very common/popular grind.
I ended up going with a race grind from Colt.
(280° Duration / .392 Lift / .008 Clearance / Intake)
(288° Duration / .394 Lift / .010 Clearance / Exhaust)
(4,000 to 7,500 rpm power band)
Next up is a custom built 4-1 race header... just wiating for the $$$

How do you like the Colt cam A20? Is it what you were expecting?
The header should help out a lot if you're still running the stock exhaust mani.
As for other mods... I have I/H/E/bored TB, Exedy clutch, slightly shaved stock flywheel, Adj. Cam Gear(not installed yet though)...
I did get the valve chatter down a bit ... Check my thread on HS...http://board.hondasociety.com/showth...threadid=88811
I was instructed to adjust the valve lash with everything up to operating temp but I redid it today whle everything was cold and the noise was decreased quite a bit... made the idle rougher though... but the power went up a bit... I can chirp 4th now...
I really have to play around with the ignition timing though and once I get the cam gear on I'm definetely heading to a dyno to tune everything then off to the track I go...
Overall I'm pretty damn happy...
