4100K, 6000K, 8000K? which are brighter?
and anyone heard of Eagle Eye hid kits?

*sigh* the ####K is only for color temperature. the lower the #, the more "usable light" there is. so if you want to see, then 4100K. if you just want to be glaring, then get the 8000K. i'm sure there's a 12000K kit around the corner. i'd imagine it being just like UV lamps.

what about the eagle eye brand? any experiences? and korean ballasts? they junk?

from my experience, the 4000K's are an Acura white ... the 6000K's have a BMW sort of purple tint to them.

wife's been bugging me to get some for her 98 accord. So I guess it's time...she won't let me mod it otherwise but HID's are A-ok in her book...so where should I get some from?

she can tell the difference between brighter and actual Xenon...she really likes the looks of the Bimmers running round over here.
