where to get it? the sway bars? the strut bar? what all is there we can use on our 6th gens.. and where to get it

 

The parts worth using are typeS upper front strut bar, and typeS sways. I have the strut bar, and as far as the sways to, I did the rear sway only, the slightly thicker bar eased up some of the understeer of the Accords, made it feel a bit more balanced.

I got mine at my local dealer. Although you could get them online from some Acura dealers. They are great bang for your buck mods.

Oh, if you get sways, you need the typeS bushings and brackets as well, but they are only like $10 more for each bar.

 

very much worth it. i got mine a couple weeks ago, and i really like it. i got the strut bar and the rear lower also. and if you really worried about the looks, hell get the acura tls bar and strip it and re-paint it. much cheaper than an after market bar.

 

What year of type-s would work?

 

01-03 CL-S for 98-02 coupes for sure

the stock rear sway on the CL-S/TL-S are way better than the accord bars. the front on the other hand, are the same.

 

Yes, they are great. I have the strut bar and rear sway as well. I got it from a local Acura dealer.

 

Will the Acura TL-S also work?

 

Yes, and ANY year of TL-S or CL-S will work on 6th gen Accords, coupes or sedans.
