I don't have an 03 Accord, but my friend bought a DX 5-speed 03 Accord and got a 12 pack of coke, a teddy bear.. he also got 10 free oil changes and car washes. Might have gotten a keychain or something else, but I'm not sure.

 

The manual pleather/leather cases are dealer specific type things... different dealers give different things...
