Default Tein Suspension?

Can someone tell me does the Tein suspension have the Strut/Shock included with the coilover...I have heard these are full coilovers but not sure what it all meant...thanks for your help!

Tein sells both full coilovers, meaning the spring and strut. and they also sell just the lowering springs. The Tein SS and basic coilovers are some of the best coilover sets that money can buy from what I hear... Hopes that this helps

you can find step by step if you search google but your best bet is to spend the $60 on a helms manual - www.helminc.com. It'll tell you everything you need. I just installed my tein ss last weekend with no auto experience. I did have air tools though which is pretty much a prerequisite if you want to do it in a day.

From what I hear, you can't get the EDFC's for Accords unless you modify the hood.
