Default 6speed question..

how do you put the 6speed in reverse...??
stupid question i know...LOL..but i never driven a 6speed before...

i mean the R is next to the 6...isn't there a safety button to push to go into R....what are the chances of going into R when you tyring to shift to 6..?
i know the jetta has this on the 5speed because the R is on the left side....

YOu usually have to pull up or push down to get it into Reverse

how could u slip into R with a 6 speed? Thats like slipping into 2nd, instead of 4th from 3rd.... straight down... isnt hard for me.

You plain cannot shit into reverse while the car is going 10+mph... there is a solenoid mechanism that prevents it, at least on the Acura tranny, probable the same in the Accord. R is one notch further to the right of the 5-6 gate... requires an additional push the the right... real obvious when it goes over.
