Default Just put on TOKICO BLUES.

2000 v6 coupe. Lowered with Eibach Pro-Kit. My stock struts just crapped out, wicked rebound and float over every bump. Got 60 k miles out of them though.
Just put on some new Tokico Blues. They seem harsher than stock Any experiences??

they are suppose to be harsher than stock, but blues arent the greatest, so dont expect near stock ride at all.

im not saying tokicos are bad... just not the greatest. There are many cases with people saying their blues blew really fast, leaky, etc... thats what im basing my opinion on... if you like them... good.

Tokicos are alright in my book had them for a couple years now with no problems. I would go with them again in the future cause it's a good set of shocks for the price you pay. Not the greates shocks in the world but they sure get you by. I've never seen a blown set of tokicos over here on the east coast. Mine are set up with ground control coils and it doesn't feel harsh at all.

exactly. good bang for the buck. i have blues on neuspeed sport springs and the ride is alright for what i paid for them. had them for about a year and a half now and they are still good.

its like a placebo effect, right after i dropped my car it felt like i could feel every bump on the road, but after a while i got used to it. riding in my friends mr2 w/ illuminas and my friends 240 with AGX's, ride almost feels the same and they arent even dropped as much as I am.

I've been riding on Tokiko blues on my 95 Accord for almost 5 years now I think. I got them installed with my Eibach Sportlines (~1.8 drop) and, yes, they are definately stiffer than stock. The ride is good in terms of cornering and keeping your tires to the ground, but if you're looking for comfort I don't know about that. I got used to it, and I love it but now I think I'm getting old and I need softer shocks! LOL.

Yo bonestock, is your ride Malachite Green Pearl I see in your sig?
